## 1. Who processes your data The controller of your personal data is Sushi Love SRL, IDNO 1018600041036, mun. Chișinău, str. Ginta Latină 15, bl. 2, of. 95, Republic of Moldova ("we", "Yapona Mama"). Contact for data questions: sushilovemd@gmail.com, phone +373 68 009 293. We process data in accordance with Law of the Republic of Moldova No. 195/2024 on personal data protection.
## 2. What data we collect - Phone number — to sign in with an SMS code, to contact you about an order and for the loyalty program. - Name — how we address you and label your order. - Delivery addresses and the point on the map, entrance, floor, apartment, intercom, order comments. - Order history: items, amounts, payment method (cash or card to the courier), statuses. - Bonuses: balance and transactions on your bonus card (kept in the restaurant's accounting system). - Location — only when you tap "I'm here" on the map and only with your device's permission. We never collect it in the background. - Device data for notifications (push token) — if you allowed notifications. - Interface language and consent settings. - The game "Collect the set": round results, points, bonuses and prizes received. The weekly leaderboard shows only the first word of your name and your points. - Technical data: IP address, browser or device type, request times — to run and protect the service.
We do not accept online card payments on the site at the moment and do not receive bank card data.
## 3. Why we use your data - To accept, prepare and deliver your order and contact you about it — performance of the contract. - Signing in with an SMS code, protection against abuse — performance of the contract, legitimate interest. - Bonus program and game: earning and using bonuses, weekly leaderboard, prizes — performance of the contract (participation is voluntary). - Order status notifications — performance of the contract; you can turn them off in your device settings. - Promotional notifications and offers — only with your consent, which you can withdraw in your profile. - Accounting and tax records — legal obligation. - Site analytics and ad measurement (Google Analytics, the Meta pixel) — only with your consent.
## 4. Who we share data with Only with those who help us fulfil your order and run the service, and only as much as needed: - staff of our restaurants and couriers — order data for preparation and delivery; - the restaurant's accounting system Syrve (tills, loyalty program; serviced by our partner Wise Cloud) — order, phone, bonuses; - SMS provider SMS MD — phone number to send codes and notifications; - Cloudflare — hosting of the site and database; - Google — map and address search (Google Maps), push notifications on Android (Firebase Cloud Messaging); - Apple — push notifications on iPhone; - Telegram — our internal operators' work group that receives orders for control; - Google (Google Analytics) and Meta Platforms (the Meta pixel) — anonymised data about site visits and orders (pages, dishes, order amount), only if you allowed analytics. Your name, phone and address are not shared with them.
Some of these companies process data outside the Republic of Moldova (in the EU and the USA). We only work with providers that ensure adequate data protection. We do not sell your data. For ad measurement, data is shared only with Google and Meta and only with your consent.
## 5. How long we keep data - Account, addresses and settings — while you use the account or until you delete it. - Order data — for the period required by accounting law; after the account is deleted it is kept anonymised or only to the extent required by law. - SMS codes — a few minutes. - Technical logs — a limited time needed for security.
## 6. Your rights You can: find out what data we hold about you; correct it; delete your account; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent to promotional notifications; receive your data. You can delete your account in your profile on the site or in the app ("Delete account", confirmed with an SMS code) or by writing to sushilovemd@gmail.com. ## 7. Browser storage, cookies and analytics For the service to work we use signing in, the cart, your chosen language and address. On the website (not in the app), with your consent, Google Analytics and the Meta pixel are used: they help us understand what to improve on the site and in our ads, and they set their own cookies. They are not loaded until you agree. You can change your choice in your profile: "Analytics and ads". These services are not used in the mobile app.
## 8. Changes We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last update at the top. We will tell you about significant changes in the app or on the site.
