## 1. Who we are The Yapona Mama website and app is a food ordering service of Yapona Mama restaurants. The seller is Sushi Love SRL, IDNO 1018600041036, mun. Chișinău, str. Ginta Latină 15, bl. 2, of. 95. Contact: +373 68 009 293, sushilovemd@gmail.com.
## 2. Account You sign in with your phone number and an SMS code. You are responsible for entering the correct number and not sharing codes with other people. You can delete your account at any time in your profile.
## 3. Orders - The menu, prices and availability are shown on the site and in the app. Prices are in lei (MDL). The final amount is shown in the cart before you confirm. - An order is accepted when you see the confirmation on the screen. If a dish runs out or we cannot deliver on time, we will contact you. - The kitchen works from 10:00 to 23:00. "As soon as possible" orders are accepted until 22:59. Pre-orders are for a time between 10:30 and 23:00, up to 7 days ahead. - An order placed at night is accepted for opening time: the delivery time is shown before you confirm, and an operator will call you in the morning. - To change or cancel an order, call +373 68 009 293 before the kitchen starts preparing it.
## 4. Delivery and pickup - We deliver to the zones marked on the map. The delivery fee and free delivery depend on the zone and the order amount and are shown in the cart. - Delivery time is an estimate and depends on kitchen load and traffic. - Pickup is available at the locations shown at checkout.
## 5. Payment Payment on receipt: cash or card to the courier (for pickup — at the till). Online payment on the site is not available at the moment.
## 6. Bonus program - 1 bonus = 1 leu. Bonuses are earned through the restaurant's loyalty program on every order (cashback on dishes; delivery does not count). - You can pay part of an order with bonuses — up to 15% of the value of participating dishes. Some promotional items do not participate. - Bonuses cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to other people. - The program terms may change; the current terms are on the site and in the app.
## 7. The game "Collect the set" - Participation is voluntary and free. Bonuses and prizes are available only to signed-in users with a confirmed number. - The weekly leaderboard is counted in Chișinău time from Monday to Sunday. The winner receives the prize shown in the game as a code in "My prizes"; the prize's validity period is shown in it. - We may disqualify a result and cancel bonuses or a prize if bots, software, result tampering or other unfair actions are used.
## 8. Quality and complaints If something is wrong with your order, tell us on the day of the order by phone or at sushilovemd@gmail.com — we will look into it and offer a solution. You can ask the operator about ingredients and allergens.
## 9. Liability We are responsible for the quality of the dishes and delivery in accordance with the consumer protection law of the Republic of Moldova. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
## 10. Governing law These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing agreement, by the courts of the Republic of Moldova.
## 11. Changes We may update these terms. The current version is on this page.
